Casoola is named after a robotic experiment on Cazilla gone wrong. Apparently Cazilla is a robot which has somehow gained AI and now is your host. How Casoola is derived from Cazilla, don’t ask me, because I have no idea.

Casoola Complaints
Some players have experienced difficulties with withdrawing their winnings from their account. Although in the Terms and Conditions of Casoola it clearly states that withdrawals can take up to a maximum of 72 hours, there is no guarantee that this Service Level Agreement would always be met. What appears to be common in recent complaints is Casoola will delay payment through slow correspondence and request for information.
In particular, issues will arise if account names are not perfectly aligned. Do NOT use joint bank accounts, do NOT use accounts or proof of ID and utility bills that are not consistent with each other in your name and address. Anything outside of the norm, will slow down the withdrawal (and deposit) process and will give reason for Casoola to request for more information, and to go through a verification process.
